Video demonstration of Pyramid Pan

Video, Chef Ybero Gordon Ramsay shows us how to use Pyramid Pan. 

First, put Pyramid Pan on top of the baking pan, with points of Pyramid Pan facing up.  Then put foods on Pyramid Mat Pan with foods rest on points above Pyramid Pan.  In the Video, Chef Ybero puts a piece of meat together with few slides of potato and bell pepper on Pyramid Pan for baking.  You can see from the Video that Pyramid Pan is slightly larger than the baking pan.  If you like you can trim it to suit the size of your baking pan.  But Chef Ybero does not trim down Pyramid Pan.  You can see from the Video that Pyramid Pan still works perfectively as it is made by flexible material that can be used even the oven is slightly smaller than the size of Pyramid Pan.

Chef Ybero does not turn foods when baking.  This is thanks to the pyramids design that allows heat to circulate under the food.  After baking, you can see how the grease left on Pyramid Pan.  Chef Ybero recommends to clean Pyramid Pan when it is still warm.  Simply add detergent on Pyramid Pan and put it under warm running water.  See how Chef Ybero clean it?  Just that easy.  Alternatively, you can wash it by using dishwasher. 

Look, after washing, Pyramid Pan just look like it is new and you can keep reusing it for cooking under proper usage.
